OmniBand is operated by C&Si Unlimited Space Innovation Technology (Shenzhen) Co., LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
OmniBand brings information from supported wearable providers and Apple Health imports into a personal health dashboard. These terms describe the proposed rules for using the service alongside our privacy policy.
The effective date and remaining publication details must be confirmed before these terms become an agreement with users.
Provide accurate registration information, maintain access to your registered email address or phone number, and keep your credentials secure. Only connect accounts and upload files you are authorized to use.
The operator must confirm minimum age, supported jurisdictions, and any parental-consent requirements before making the service available under these terms.
OmniBand is a personal wellness information tool. Its readings, scores, and trends do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and should not be used to make emergency or medical decisions.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional about symptoms, treatment, or changes to your health routine. Contact local emergency services in an emergency. Data can be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or measured differently across providers.
Oura, WHOOP, Google Health (Fitbit), and Apple Health are third-party services. Their own terms, privacy policies, permissions, and technical availability apply. Mentioning a provider does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
You decide which supported sources to connect or import. Provider changes, revoked permissions, or service outages may interrupt synchronization or reduce available metrics. Revoking authorization is separate from deleting previously imported data.
Do not access another person’s account without authorization, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, upload malicious files, or use the service unlawfully. Do not misrepresent health data or present OmniBand as a medical provider.
You retain your rights in the information you provide. Operating the features you request requires processing that information as described in the privacy policy. These terms do not transfer ownership of your health information to OmniBand.
The OmniBand interface, branding, and software remain subject to their applicable intellectual property rights and licenses. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Features may change, and the service may be interrupted by maintenance, provider changes, or technical failures. Do not rely on OmniBand as the only copy of important health records.
You can stop using the service and revoke provider permissions. The final terms must include a working account-closure and deletion process, as well as conditions and notice procedures for any operator-initiated suspension or termination.
Publication details pending: the operator must provide its contact channel, effective date, governing law, and dispute process, and review any warranty or liability provisions under the laws that apply. Nothing in the final terms should exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Material updates should be communicated through an appropriate service notice. This draft must be finalized before being used as the public terms linked from an OAuth consent screen.
